Inviting Stillness

In this recording, Terry Saracino (TNE Founding President & Core Faculty) starts by leading an inner practice to help us center ourselves on the value of inviting stillness in a fast-paced world. Reflecting on natural occurrences of stillness, like the winter solstice and the stillness of clear water, Terry encourages us to prioritize rest and reflection.

Terry shares examples of how The Narrative Enneagram’s teachings about receptivity can aid us in turning inward, meeting ourselves where we are, slowing down, and being present even when the world around us is bustling with activity.

Originally recorded at one of The Narrative Enneagram’s monthly Community Gatherings led by TNE faculty and other experts covering a variety of Enneagram-related topics. These gatherings are free for TNE members or $25 for the public and create a supportive environment to connect more deeply with ourselves and others.
