Cultivating Compassion

The Narrative Enneagram hosts monthly community gatherings for TNE members on Zoom, exploring a variety of Enneagram-related topics with our faculty and other experts. We are now making a selection of these previously recorded teachings available to the wider community via digital download to support your growth journey in connection with other Enneagram enthusiasts. 

In this recording, Terry Saracino (TNE Founding President & Core Faculty) leads us in centering practices and teachings to ground us in our shared commitment to transforming lives and creating a compassionate world through the Enneagram. Acknowledging the challenging times many of us have experienced in recent years, Terry emphasizes the importance of having compassion for ourselves and others as we navigate difficulties.

Terry shares examples of how the Enneagram can foster compassion, reminds us that our type patterns have value in keeping us safe, and offers additional resources about the science of trauma and Family Systems theory.
